Comments Interesting article looking at why Jane Scott and Mira Robertson chose to work on the film Head On with Ana Kokkinos.
Synopsis Jane Scott after the success of Shine turned down lucrative development deals with American Studio's to work with Ana Kokkinos on Head On.

Jane Scott tells "after her success it was very difficult to deal with everybody, they all want to be your friend, and all the studio's want to know is what you want to do and they suck you dry." After nearly being tempted she decided she didn't want to be answerable to a Hollywood executive barking down the phone.

Mira Robertson talks about how Head On was connected with something about her youth, which she admits to being traumatic, and how she wanted to be a part of this project with Ana because the material was difficult and confronting.
