Sarah Stollman's ingenious use of mesh netting to create the transparent walls of the cells draws the characters and their individual stories towards each other. Walker's lighting lends a transcendent beauty to the subject matter. |
Synopsis |
Life is an incredibly powerful film; simultaneously a story of struggle, courage and hope. Set in T2, the HIV section of a prison, the characters are drawn together in an effort to subdue the hopelessness of their surrounds. |
