This is an interview with Thandie Newton which highlights her experiences during production of 'Flirting'. Newton discusses the personalities of her co-stars and mentions the status of her working realtinship with them (in particular Nicole Kidman and Noah Taylor).
The article is revealing of the casting process conducted by Kennedy Miller and highlights the diffrence between their "approach" to film and their "approach" to mini-series or tele-feature.
The article also raises an interesting point regarding the casting by Duigan and Miller. Obviously the casting of a black actor from England has recieved some criticism, as Newton "defends" the decision by the Kennedy Miller team to cast her rather than an Australian Aboriginal actor.
