Comments Only mentions 'Nesfront' in passing. Most useful for theoretical framework, rather than data research.
Synopsis Turner, applying a dense theoretical model (lifted from Barthes), examines the type of individual implied by modes of characterisation in Australian narrative film. He identifies a lack of faith in individuation in an Australian context, seeing it as an underlying dertiminant in the domoinance of the 'documentary realist' style (a withdrawal from narrative as the method for constructing meaning from experience) over more subjective personal styles.
