Synopsis |
Billy Donald, a middle-aged metho drinker is sentenced to six weekes in prison, after a psychatric examination is is enlisted as criminally insane and is placed in an institution under the Stateâs Mental Health Act 27A which entitles authorities total control of the patients release. He rebels against the institution and refuses to confront his mental disposition, in doing so he attempts to escape numerous times. Billy's life is juxtaopsed with Jeffery who is being driven insane by his routiene office job, he too eventually ends up in the mental hospital. |
