Synopsis STATIONS is the story of Dora, a young girl growing up in Brisbane in the 1950s. Dora's romantic dreams are shattered, by her boyfriend's rejection when she tells him she is pregnant and wants to keep the baby. However, Dora perseveres to overcome the conventions and restrictions that stigmatise a single-mother in the 1950s.
