Title Chungking Express
Released 1994
Production Year 1994
Comments Brilliant cinematography. The tempo of the film is kept alive not only by the music, but the speed of the moving camera, the focus pulls and the odd angles. The first segment gives a pop-art/avant garde feel, with a vast array of coloured lighting to liven up the night. The story is invigorating and fresh.
