Synopsis

A film centred around Maori spirituality, and the Maori connections with the land.Main narrative follows the release of the protagonist Mako from prison, and his return home to spiritual land. He finds love with a german teenage girl Sarah who is visiting her mother, and together they endeavour to lift the curse from a desecrated sacred mountain burial gound.
