Comments |
It's a very controversial film at the time. English pop star - Mick Jagger acting as Ned Kelly, perhaps, was the most controversial matter. Although a big budget from overseas companies was invested in the movie, Ned Kelly did not receive much care and favor from both critics and the public, as the film was considered as a "stylized" representation of the Kelly story. |
Synopsis |
Story of the life of the Australisn most famous folk-hero. In the film, Kelly emerges as rebel against an unjust society in which he is completely disappointed. The story is told chronologically and Kelly's adventures are linked with songs throughout the film. |
