Lynn-Maree Milburn graduated from Chisolm Institute of Technology (Melbourne) in 1982, majoring in painting and photography. Her subsequent work in film has seen her tackle many different roles, including animation and scratch animation, wardrobe design, camera operator, all the way to directing music videos and her first film (58 minutes) "Memories and Dreams", made in 1993.
She has worked closely with Richard Lowenstein throughout his career, on films such as "Strikebound", "Dogs In Space" and "Say A Little Prayer". She has also worked on many music videos, directing, animating and other roles, including frequent work with Lowenstein and INXS (such as the 'What You Need' video), and also Tim Finn and Crowded House.
