Over the last 11 years, Holmes has been involved in the film business as film editor and director. He has worked on documentaries for the US series "Frontline", on feature films including Paul Morrissey's "Mixed Blood", television programs such as "The Equalizer", and mini-series as well as 70 mm Showscan documentary shorts.
Holmes directed and edited a documentary known as "We All Know Why We Are Here" in 1980 and receieved the Achievement Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in 1981. He has also received awards for best editing, best documentary and best cinematography at the New York University Film Festival. |
