Comments Born in Guangzhou in 1959 and raised in Hong Kong, Fruit Chan entered the film industry in the early 1980s as an assistant director. In 1991, he directed his first feature, FINALE IN BLOOD. MADE IN HONG KONG (1997) is his second feature.
