Tracey has had a long standing involvment in the Australian film, television and entertainment industry and has also enjoyed a diverse employment background in a variety of fields.

In an attempt to consolidate her experience she is currently completing a B.A. in Public Relations Communications-Cinema major (pending completion in November 1998) at R.M.I.T. - City Campus Melbourne, Victoria.

SWINBURNE UNIVERSITY, (Prahran Campus) Victoria
Position:. . .Liaison/Advocacy Officer, Entertainment Co-ordinator.

Represented students on their behalf at appeals committees. Acted as liaison between student/staff representatives and Vice Chancellor committee when merging university with Victoria College and absorbing Prahan Tafe.

Organised rallys, induction training, orientation entertainment, human resources, wrote policy, education research, media liaison and payroll.

Wrote reviews for film, theatre and ran a regular rental advice column for the student newspaper Flash.

LOCAL COUNCIL (STONNINGTON)

Nominated by Leonie Burke then the Mayor of Prahran City Council, to a position on the Community Services Advisory Committe as representative of youth and young families in the Prahran area.

Extended hours child care and a council paid Youth Officer were projects Tracey worked on which were endorsed by council through extensive lobbying and a large supportive following.

Studied Shakespeare at the Actors Studio under Glenda Jackson now a politician and Patrick Stewart, then a member of the R.S.C. now Jeane Luc Picard on Star trek!

LONDON WALKABOUT CLUB
Position:. . .Customer Relations and Accommodation Services.

Secured accommodation for budget travellers, selected landlords and checked properties for prospective use. Managed several property/apartments.

Met with London Walkabout investors regularly and provided them with financial reports.

Greeted V.I.P. guests on arrival in London and organised accommodation/entertainment/theatre/film bookings etc.

Studied Script Analysis and Actors Technique at the H.B. Studios in Greenwich Village.

POLICE ASSOCIATION CREDIT CO-OPERATIVE VICTORIA
Position:. . .Supervisor

Involved in the development of new projects.

Through field work and marketing strategies developed one of the largest telephone cheque services in Victoria.

Members phone banking service now known as 'Telecheque' became so heavily utilised, members rarely came into the city branch prefering to do transactions by phone.

Police Association Credit Co-operative then sold their large building returning profits to members through lower borrowing rates and expanded their telephone cheque service area to cope with the increased demand.

1976 - 1979

JETSET TOURS
Position:. . .Assistant Human Resources Officer

Staff selection in all areas of the travel industry. Management liaison, policy writer, brochure editor.
Wrote up positions for classifieds. Manual payroll (350 staff)

Prior to this Tracey completeted Year 11 at Killester College, Springvale, Victoria.
