CAARP is a web based database service that contains basic and intricate information on Australian cinemas and films. The details listed on CAARP include: suburb, address, operating dates of the cinema as well as seating capacity and number of viewing screens.
The CAARP database allows for users to establish a base knowledge on Australian cinemas and films. There is good information on the Trocadero on CAARP that served me as an excellent base knowledge. The address in particular allowed me to visit the location before having to do too much research. Allowing me to research on the location so early would of been quite a bonus, had the structure still been standing.
I have found the information to be reliable and have cross-checked many of the facts CAARP claims with other sources.
