Strange report- doesn't seem to decide whether it is a report on the evils of television in general, a report on the new ABT Children's Program Committee, or a study on families doing without television. The test-case family used in the report is a bit of an unnecessary distraction from the real issue.
Overall however, a useful example on how children's television was changing at the time the Tasmanian Film Corporation was establishing itself in the area.
