| Synopsis |
The review enagages many different issues within the small section allocated by the journal. Mayer discusses the films 'relationship' with other romantic comedies, and whilst delivering a bland synopsis of the plot mid way though, the text regains characteristic momentum in the final paragraphs and envites the reader into a comparison between the film and the 80's sitcom "Cheers".
