A positive review of the children's tele-movie "Top Enders" which Jackie co-wrote with Michael Aitkens. It suggests that while the plot-line is simple, ie a black child and a white child run away together in search of a better world,
the themes of racial difference are not laboured and therefore leave room for the viewer to have an opinion. |
