Title Meeting the Chopper
Author(s)Chris Copas
Publication Date 29-07-2000
Page Number 21
Comments Copas' claim that the film is a "study in violence and paranoia" is far-fetched, at best it could be described as a representation or interpretation of violence and possibly, paranoia but is far from a study of either.
Synopsis This article includes Dominik's interpretation of Read (aware a lot of people find him unacceptable...he's mellowed), his reaction upon meeting Read (hysterically funny) and his take on 'Chopper' (a sad and lonely film). Also including Read's reaction upon hearing about the film (didn't want any involvement) and his reaction to the film (pretty gracious) this article does not provide any new or particulary interesting information.
