Synopsis |
An interview with Eric Bana before the film's release. Bana discusses Chopper, violence and Read (a little).
Bana is aware of the media circus which surrounds Read and appears to be uncomfortable with the idea of revealing certain information about the man. The interviewer is persistent and Bana states the relationship between Read and himself was purely based on doing a job.
Working on Chopper was a learning process for Bana which taught him to be less judgemental and more empathetic and enabled him to realize that to understand one's actions does not neccessarily mean to condone them. |
