CAARP's website has put together a lot of information on the Metro Twin that one probably would not have been able to find otherwise. This site has helped me a lot with compiling information for the Bonza database for the Metro Twin. Without the CAARP's page on the Metro Twin I would not have any of the names of the cinemas that screened at the Metro Twin. This would have meant that the section of the Bonza Database that asked for the lists of shows that aired would have been completely empty.
I wish though that the CAARP's website had showed me how to get the newspaper articles that helped them with their research. Also, another complaint is that the only way they had enough information for their website to write their venue comments was to copy something from the drive-insdownunder page. Fortunately they have referenced it but it is a shame that they could not have written their own blurb.
Another good thing they could have done is if they had added pictures onto their website. (Caroline Beaney) |
