CAARP's website page helps give the reader more information on the Metro Twin. It tells the reader how many people could see a movie at the cinema, what movies were shown there and gives some interesting references. Unfortunately the web page could have done a better job with revealing when they published this information - most of the section that will be published on this data base will be listed under unknown because of that. CAARP's page does show how difficult it is to find information on the Metro Twin without having any other sources. Without the sources that the web page had found it would have been a completely empty page. The great thing about the page though is that when someone is trying to do research on this cinema the person is able to find more by finding one of the references on the page. Because of this page I was able to find the website 'Drive-ins Downunder' which made it possible to find enough sources for my assignment. (Caroline Beaney) |
