Very unique little article describing the features of "Skyline" venue operations, with particular reference to it's Perth suburb, Floreat, cinema.
Skyline features include swings, slides, a sandpit for children, valet service, food ordering and mobile refreshments service.
The journal clipping published by The Australian Theatre History Society, was found within a manila folder titled "Drive-ins" at the RMIT AFI Research Collection, Melbourne, Australia in 2011. |
Synopsis |
The Australian Theatre Historical Society (CATHS) is a non-profit organisation run by dedicated volunteers who host regular meetings and seek new members. The organisation foster an interest in cinema and theatre heritage, provide facilities for the public to research cinemas/ related matters and seek to preserve theatre and cinema buildings.
