Comments This article discusses Cinema Nova's unique features such as it's bar and the selection of alcoholic beverages available as well as the selection of snacks and service offered in the cinema. It goes to show some of the distinct features in the cinema, such as the 'projection room' in one corner, that has previews of current movies that are showing. It places emphasis on the speedy nature of the service at cinema Nova, stating 'The Cinema Nova ... is ideal for those rushing for a session' (Harden 2011). The piece is important in showing how the Cinema Nova remains different from other cinemas with its wide selection of snacks ('patatas bravas' & mini fish and chips, [Harden 2011]). it aims to give insight as to how the cinema experience has been changed from just popcorn and candy to a more enjoyable and socially viable means of enjoying films, with the addition of beverages and a wide selection of snacks, almost combining both the scenery of bar/restaurant to the enjoyment assoicated with watching and enjoying films from accross the world. Harden (2011) attempts to demonstrate the features of the Nova in meeting the social needs of its audiences by providing many features other cinemas don't have, thus differentiating the Nova from many other theatres.
