The Minister for Local Government granted Hoyts Theatres approval to use 20 acres of land on Bulleen Road. This upheld Hoyts' appeal against the permit refusal from the Metropolitan Board. Doncaster and Templestowe Council also opposed the bid.
The conditions of approval were the location be built on satisfactiorily and be bitumen-sealed. |
